While medical school and residency teach you how and when to operate, we don't teach our surgeons how to communicate. Approximately 75% of a program director, division chief or chair's time is spent managing interpersonal issues. Whether you are building a cohesive team, or equipping young surgeons with communication tools they need to be effective, Sharon is the perfect person to help your team to improve group dynamics. Having led over 200 resident and faculty curriculum programs, Sharon will work with you to create a program that fits your needs, from a year long professional development program for interns, to a few hours of professional education.
