About Me.

I walked into my boss’s office and asked

“Do you see me as a leader?”

He just said “No”.

I was dejected. I was hurt. I was angry.

But I decided that he didn’t get to define my potential. I do.

How did I change that perspective?

I took the time to understand myself….

What are my values?

What are my goals?

What obstacles are in my way?

What are my next steps?

Coaching helped me. Helped me find myself. Helped me find my voice.

Now I don’t ask if people see me as a leader.
