Are you afraid you won't find a job?

Are you afraid of making the wrong decision and being stuck in a job?
Or that you might sign a contract and moving your life (and family), only to find out it was the wrong decision?

You are not alone.

Half of all surgeons leave their first job
within 5 years-
It's not just a statistic.
It's a warning.

You spent years mastering surgery.
But nothing in your training taught you how to
Walk into a job interview feeling confident
Evaluate a job with clarity
Negotiate for success
Know whether an opportunity is right for you.
The stakes are high – for you, for your career, for your family.

You're not just looking for a job.
You are launching a career.

I got you.

Introducing The Surgeon's Launch Pad, a program created specifically for graduating surgical residents and fellows actively looking for their first job.

My four-step framework that will save you time, reduce stress and ensures your success.

  • Identify your priorities: Define what matters to you. Your needs, goals and values set you apart and make you valuable. Knowing your priorities will guide your decisions and give you the confidence to move forward.

  • Interview Intentionally: Walk into each interview knowing what to ask and what to look for. You know what you need and can determine whether they can provide it. No games. No guessing.

  • Assess Opportunities: Distinguish between negotiables and dealbreakers. Make choices based on your priorities and goals for the future.

  • Negotiate for Lift off: Negotiate for what you need while building the relationship with your future employers.  Emphasize your long term success.

The Surgeon's Launch Pad is for you if:
